Recently remodelled, our winery is now divided into two distinct areas.

One with traditional lagares, used to vinify our reds, cement vats for fermenting and storing white wines, and a barrel room where we hold our tastings. The other, more recent, has stainless steel tanks for fermenting whites. All tanks and lagares are connected to a temperature control system, so that every vinification takes place with the utmost care.

We also have our own laboratory, where we regularly carry out analytical control of all our wines, and a storage and finishing area, where we label and prepare the wines for shipping.
